How to Make a St. Patrick’s Day Hat
In this post, I’ll show you all the materials required to craft your hats and the exact steps we followed.

Materials
- Free Printable Hat Template (grab it at the end of this post)
- White Cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue (alternatively, you can use tape or a stapler)
- Coloring pencils, crayons, or markers (for the black and white version)
Instructions
- Download and print the leprechaun hat template.
- If you are using the black and white version, let your kids color it.
- Cut out all the pieces.
- Flip over your hat and glue the bands on the sides.
- Measure the hat around your child’s head and trim it if it’s too big.
You can also add an extra band if it is too small.
- Attach the bands together with glue to make a circle.
Your St. Patrick’s Day hat is finished and ready to be worn by your little leprechauns!
