Materials
- Sailboat bookmark template (get it here!)
- Kid-friendly scissors
- Glue stick
- Paper and printer
How to Make Your Sailboat Corner Bookmark
1. First things first. Download and print out the sailboat bookmark template.
2. Cut out the template.
This part might need a little adult supervision, but older kids can usually handle it on their own.
3. Take the main piece (the one with the sails) and fold the right and left squares inward.
4. Flip the bookmark over, fold the right square, add glue, and bring the left square down.
5. Cut out the white tip at the bottom of the bookmark.
6. Glue the hull on top of the bookmark.
Your sailboat is ready to navigate into your next literary adventure!
